ICMP4/6 Normalizations

ICMP4 and ICMP6 normalizations are enabled with:

    preprocessor normalize_icmp4
    preprocessor normalize_icmp6

Base normalizations enabled with the above include:

• Clear the code field in echo requests and replies.
