GTP decoder extracts payload from GTP PDU. The following configuration sets
GTP decoding:
config enable_gtp
By default, GTP decoder uses port number 
(GTPv1) and 
(GTPv0).
If users want to change those values, they can use portvar GTP_PORTS:
portvar GTP_PORTS [2152,3386]
